What are the basic structures of stainless steel electric heating element?

The structure of stainless steel electric heating element

1. Resistance wire :Ni80Cr20, etc.

2 Outer pipe: copper pipe, copper plated pipe, stainless steel heating pipe, aluminum pipe, quartz pipe, etc.

3. Filler: electrician grade magnesium oxide powder.

4. Cold needle: stainless steel, iron nickel plating, etc.

5. Sealing material: ceramic, silicone, glass,RTV glue, silicone oil, etc

Stainless steel electric heating tube is called different

① Metal casing: The main is stainless steel (sus304, 316L, 310S, etc.), copper. Select different metal casing according to different working heating pipe environment.

② Insulator: Generally used is a white porcelain head ③ sealing material: sealing material is mainly to make the insulation filling material is not easy to absorb water vapor in the environment,

to ensure that the electric heat pipe has good heating tube insulation performance. Commonly used sealing materials are: paint film, silicone organic paint, epoxy resin, silicone rubber and other

sealing plug.

④ lead rod: generally use iron, because iron heat transfer is faster, of course, general customers have special requirements, can use stainless steel lead rod, but need to put forward with our salesman.

⑤ Filler: Generally there are magnesium oxide powder, quartz sand, we have never used heating tube quartz sand to produce electric heat pipes, cheap electric heat pipes on the market are quartz

sand. The magnesium oxide powder in the electric heating tube is the use of high temperature modified magnesium oxide powder, and the electric heat tube made of modified magnesium oxide

powder is moisture-proof.

⑥ Heating wire: the main iron chromium aluminum and nickel chromium alloy wire. Iron chromium aluminum is cheaper, generally without special instructions, the electric heat pipe is used in the

iron chromium aluminum alloy wire. Nichrome wire is more expensive. The difference between the two wires: The working temperature of iron-chromium-aluminum alloy material can reach 1400℃,

which is enough to meet the needs of electric heat pipes. However, the flexibility of nickel-chromium wire is good, the oxidation resistance is good, and the iron-chromium aluminum wire is relatively

brittle.
